Sometimes these things come unexpectedly.  The best firms learn from the surprises so as to be better prepared in future. Have you ever heard the saying, &quot;Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me&quot;.  Very appropriate here.

Yes, it costs money.  But the alternative is unacceptable.  It&#039;s up to us to communicate this upward whenever possible.
